Application
If you have decided on the apartment and period of stay, please apply from this website.

Step 02
Tenant screening
Please fill in the application form and submit the screening documents.
- Individual application: Official identification of the contractor and tenants (with face photo)
- Corporate application: Company register and company brochure, etc., official identification of tenants (with face photo)
- After receiving the application, we will contact you about the result of the screening within 2-3 business days.
- Depending on the status of the screening, you may need to submit additional documents or pay a deposit.
Step 03
Contract execution and payment
Please make sure to complete payment in advance.You will need to pay the rental fee by bank transfer or credit card by the due date.
- We cannot accept bank transfers from overseas accounts.
- We cannot accept payment in person, so please make sure to complete it in advance.
Please sign and seal all contract documents (online contract) by the day before you move in.
Step 04
Moving in
After the contract is completed, we will provide you with information such as delivery of the key and how to use the facilities.
- Please note that we cannot hand over the key if the payment and submission of the contract documents are unable to be confirmed.
When moving out, please leave the room by the time specified for each apartment and return the key.
