- This property is a fixed-term lease contract. You need to move out on the expiration date of the contract.
- We accept contracts for a minimum of 30 days.
- Even if you want to renew the contract, you cannot do so for the same room if there is another reservation. In that case, we will guide you to another room or property depending on the availability.
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises (including the balcony). This includes e-cigarettes. If you violate the non-smoking rule, we may charge you a penalty.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All rooms are furnished. The removal of furnishings is not permitted.
- The addition or exchange of equipment, consumables or linen is not permitted.
- In principle, check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00.
